This slightly “runny” 3 ingredient strawberry jam is perfect for spreading on your morning toast! She also includes incredible tips for the canning process, making this one a new favourite in our house!

3. Five Ingredient Strawberry Salsa from: Gimmie Some Oven
A fresh update on traditional salsa to go with your favourite tortilla chip! The sweetness of the strawberries pairs perfectly with the saltiness of the chips to curb any craving you might be having. In under 10 minutes you are ready to eat…and it is so pretty to look at to!

4. Strawberry Pretzel Parfait from: Dessert for Two
This is such a simple one! It uses yogurt too so you can enjoy it for breakfast or dessert! The addition of the pretzels gives it a nice crunchy texture to go with the sweetness of the strawberries and the tartness of the yogurt.

5. Strawberry Coconut Greek Yogurt Popsicles from: my own collection The Olive Blogger
Here is a simple, 3 ingredient popsicle that is perfect for the hot summer day ahead! The addition of the coconut Greek yogurt makes these to die for, and since it makes 6 popsicles you will always have them on hand for when you get a craving!

6. Strawberry Rice Krispies from: Living Well Mom
Here’s one EVERYONE will love! Vamp up the traditional rice krispie recipe with the addition of strawberry…o-m-g! Uses strawberry jello, but I would serve with some macerated strawberries on top to add that additional pop of flavour and make it more adult friendly! I am making a batch now, who’s with me!?

7. Strawberry Shortcake Daiquiri from: The Farm Girl Gabs
Who doesn’t love a nice cold drink on a hot day? Now imagine yourself sipping on this strawberry daiquiri…but wait there’s more to it! Adding in whipped cream and almond milk she makes a silky slusshhhhy shortcake version of our favourite classic daiquiri! You need to also check out her other strawberry drinks and goodies featured, I promise you will not be disappointed (but your waistline might grow a little bit 😉 ).

A no-bake cheesecake on top of a brownie and topped with strawberries…what more do I need to say!? The hardest part of this one will be letting it chill in the fridge the time it needs…I mean you could just eat it as is right?

10. Strawberry Quinoa Salad from: Practical Mommy
A fun fresh salad for summer dinners, you can even add protein (as she suggests a nice grilled chicken breast) to make it a full meal! It uses a simple vinaigrette dressing to make it fresh and easy for any weeknight and can even be made in advance! Win, win, win!

This recipe is sweet and tangy blending fresh strawberries with a delicious lemonade to make a slushy version of a well loved classic! It makes 2 glasses…perfect for sharing…or NOT!

Strawberry season is my favorite time of the year! Though I always have difficulty to resist eating the whole basket of strawberries right after coming back from the market, I love to use them in recipes, too. All the recipes look great, but that savory strawberry salsa is calling my name!
