Ingredients (original):
1 1/4cflour
2tbspsugar
2tspbaking powder
3/4tspsalt
1 1/4cmilk
3tbspoil*we use vegetable oil
1egg
Ingredients (Amaretto):
1 1/2cflour
2tspbaking powder
2tbspsugar
1/4tspsalt
1cmilk
1/2cAmaretto
3tbspoil

Instructions
For either recipe:
Sift your dry ingredients together in a small bowl
In a medium bowl mix together all of your wet ingredients (be sure to lightly beat your egg at this point to break the yolk down)
Add your dry and wet ingredients together, mix
DO NOT over mix, it is okay to have some lumps in your batter (this is the key to keeping them fluffy!)
Cook pancakes until bubbles appear (see photo) and then flip, let cook another 30 sec to 1 min
