Nutella Fudge with Pistachios

An easy to make chocolate fudge using Nutella and chopped pistachios.

Ingredients

  • 1 can sweetened condensed milk
  • 8 oz unsweetened chocolate chips about 1 200g package and a sprinkle more
  • 3 tbsp softened butter
  • 1 tsp vanilla
  • 1 c nutella hazelnut spread
  • 3/4 c chopped pistachios
  • 1/4 cup chopped dried cranberries
  • 1/2 tsp salt
  • 1 tsp sea salt

Instructions

  • Line 8x8 baking dish with parchment paper
  • Over a double boiler on medium-low heat melt the condensed milk, chocolate chips, Nutella, butter and 1/2 tsp salt.
  • Moving quickly, add in pistachios (reserving 1/4c for top) mix and pour into baking dish.
  • Sprinkle with sea salt, cranberries and remaining pistachios, gently pressing into the surface.
  • Chill for 1-2 hours and cut into desired square size.
