– Flour – Sugar – Salt

In a blender combine the milk, flour, sugar, salt, eggs and half of the butter and blend.

Let batter rest at room temperature for 15 minutes

Heat a small pan over medium heat, brush pan with melted butter.

Add a ladle of batter to  frying pan, swirl to coat  and let cook 2 minutes  before loosening edges.

Flip crepe and continue to cook for 1 minute. Remove from pan and serve!
