Strawberry Scones Recipe

This easy Strawberry Scones Recipe is one you can make any day of the week – a simple scone using frozen strawberries, that is fluffy on the inside and has just the right crunch on the outside. Best enjoyed as is or warmed up with a slather of strawberry jam!

Stack of freshly baked Strawberry Scones with a white chocolate drizzle

This easy scone recipe is bursting with pops of strawberries in every fluffy bite! They are a great way to start your day, or the perfect pick me up mid-afternoon when you have your third (or sixth…who’s counting?!) cuppa tea. We finished these ones off with a light drizzle of white chocolate, and also made a variation we will share below that has white chocolate chunks throughout.

This recipe was adapted from our original Chocolate Chip Scones – which are one of our top posts for good reason.

Chocolate Cherry Muffin

Cherries and chocolate combine together in this decadent cherry muffin recipe to give you a treat that will leave you reaching for a second one! The cherries are found throughout the double chocolate muffin so every bite is as good as the last and the muffin top is incredible with a slight “crust”.

If you have an abundance of cherries that are staring at you from the counter just begging to be turned into something scrumptious then you NEED to make this muffin recipe STAT! They aren’t overly sweet which makes them a nice option for any time of day when you want a little treat.

Soda Bread Muffins with Cheddar

These Soda Bread Muffins are airy and light with crisp edges, the perfect muffin top and delicious Irish cheddar in every bite.

Soda Bread is a classic quick bread that we tend to enjoy around this time of year, specifically for St. Patrick’s Day. While I love the classic bread I thought it was time to give it an update and decided on muffins which have a lighter texture but all the flavor you already love (plus more!).
