Summer should be filled with sun, patios, barbecues, good food, and of course delicious drinks! We have the best Summer cocktails and mocktails all in one place for you to enjoy.
Who is ready for SUMMER?! The weather here has been so hot that we actually had to turn our air conditioning on this week…IN MAY!! I really try to wait as long as I can before breaking down and turning it on…I would honestly prefer to have the windows open with a nice fresh breeze!
So, with this warm weather approaching so quickly I decided to reach out to some of my fellow bloggers to compile a wonderful list of the tastiest, thirst quenching summer drinks for you…and the best part? You can make most of them ahead of time to enjoy throughout your busy week!
There is nothing better than coming home from work and having a nice cold drink waiting to be enjoyed on the deck…ahhh Summer Time! I think everyone will find at least one drink they love on this list, but I am actually betting that you’ll be running to the store to make all 10! Enjoy!
Be sure to PIN THESE SUMMER DRINKS so you have them for later!
Lemon Mint Lemonade
Who doesn’t love a good glass (or pitcher) of lemonade? This one is a nice twist on the classic, using only 6 ingredients, it is super fresh and full of citrus flavors! You can also add a little bit of booze to the recipe to make it a fun adult drink for your next event!

Tropical Rum Punch
If you have EVER gone on a tropical vacation you will have had a glass of rum punch, and probably came home swearing you were going to make it every year to reminisce on your happy memories of endless blue ocean and tropical gardens…In this version they use Mango Rum which you can always substitute for a good coconut rum if you prefer! Now stop licking your lips and get mixing!

Wine Slushy
Do I even NEED to intro this one?! Wine and slush…Mmm! This is beyond easy to make, literally only requiring 2 ingredients! I love that you can customize this one to whatever your wine preferences are…prefer Merlot over Pinot Grigio? No problem! Get making your wine cubes and start enjoying a slushy this afternoon.

Frozen Hot Chocolate
This frozen drink is not your average summer drink – it is super chocolaty and topped with whipped cream and is a perfect refreshing drink on any hot day!
You can totally add some vodka or rum to the mix to make it a summer cocktail, or keep it alcohol free for a kid friendly version the entire family can enjoy.

Pina Colada Sangria
Okay since we are on the topic of sangria…how about THIS ONE!? Two of my favorite drinks combined into one…I sense a new summer favorite for me!
This is a refreshing take on a classic with the crushed pineapple, and you can add additional fruit for garnish and flavor as you see fit. It doesn’t have the “slushy” feel of a pina colada, but rather a nice sipping consistency, making it perfect for sitting out on the deck with the sun beaming down!

Raspberry-Peach Iced Tea Lemonade
The mixing of lemonade with iced tea is becoming more and more popular and after checking out this recipe I can certainly see why! The sweetness of the fruit with the tartness of the lemonade is a perfect combination, and with so many flavors in one glass it is GREAT on a hot day! This one takes a bit longer to make, but I can assure you, IT IS WORTH IT!

Want your coffee fix but looking to keep it cool on a hot day? This is for you! All the flavor and KICK of caffeine that you need to get your afternoon pick-me-up,all while providing a nice cool off!
The best part with this recipe is that you use coffee ice cubes (that you make ahead of time) so you can easily whip this up when you get a craving, or as you head out the door in the morning! Mmm!

Spring Mocktail
A lovely “mocktail” with bright colors that is quick and EASY to make! The lightness of the cranberry juice pairs with the tartness of the pineapple and peach water making a great thirst quenching alternative to water on a hot summer day. You can add alcohol if you want to make it an adult only treat, a nice splash of vodka should do the trick!
